Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria

1. Accounts Assistant (BPS-14)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Quota: Open Merit
• Age Limit: 21 to 28 years
• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounts
  • B.Com / BS (Finance/Accounts) / BBA (Finance/Accounts)
  • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university
  • Minimum Second Division or equivalent CGPA

2. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years
• Qualification & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university
  • 6-month certificate in English Shorthand & Typing from a Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE) recognized institute
  • Shorthand Speed: 80 words per minute (English)
  • Typing Speed: 35 words per minute on computer
  • MS Office certificate from an SBTE-recognized institute

3. Computer Operator (BPS-12)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years
• Qualification:
  • Intermediate (Second Division) from a recognized Higher Secondary Board
  • One-year Diploma in Information Technology (IT) from an SBTE-recognized institute

4. Photographer (BPS-09)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Matriculation (Second Division) from a recognized board
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in photography

Important Application Instructions

To be eligible for these positions, applicants must fulfill the following conditions:

1. STS Screening Test (Mandatory)
   1. Candidates must have passed the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) General Screening Test for Graduation or Intermediate category (as applicable)
   2. Minimum 40% marks are required
   3. A valid STS certificate is mandatory for appointment
2. Age Calculation
   1. Age will be calculated as per Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024 – Rule 7
   2. Age will be counted up to the last date of application submission
3. Age Relaxation
   1. General age relaxation will be allowed as per Government of Sindh policy
4. Quota System
   1. Recruitment will strictly follow the quota policy of the Government of Sindh
5. Government Employees
   1. Candidates already serving in government departments must apply through proper channel
   2. NOC (No Objection Certificate) must be obtained before applying
   3. Original NOC must be produced at the time of interview
