Available Position

Legal Advisor

• Number of Positions: 01
• Minimum Age Limit: 55 years

Required Qualification and Experience

Candidates applying for the Legal Advisor position must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Qualification:
  • LL.B degree from a recognized institution
• Experience Requirement:
  • At least 20 years of post-qualification experience
• Practical experience must include:
  • Civil law
  • Criminal law
  • Intellectual Property matters
  • Experience should be at District Courts and High Court levels
• Public Sector Experience:
  • Proven experience serving as a Legal Advisor in a public sector organization is mandatory
• Professional Registration:
  • Valid enrollment or membership with a High Court Bar Association

Terms and Conditions

• Appointment will be made on a contract basis
• Initial contract duration: 12 months
• Extendable for one additional year, subject to satisfactory performance
• Remuneration will be:
  • Negotiable
  • Commensurate with qualifications and experience

  • PCSIR reserves the right to:

Place of Posting

Initial posting will be at PCSIR Head Office, Islamabad

However, the selected candidate may be posted at any PCSIR laboratory anywhere in Pakistan, as per organizational requirements
