Role Overview:
Responsible for monitoring operational and financial performance of Distribution Companies (DISCOs), including line losses, recovery ratios, and efficiency indicators. The role involves data-driven analysis, dashboard development, and strategic roadmap formulation for power sector reforms.
Qualification:
CA / ACMA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA
OR
MSc in Electrical, Electronics, or Physics with MBA
Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in the Power Sector
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years
Role Overview:
Focuses on workforce planning, performance management systems (KPIs), HR analytics, HRIS (Oracle/SAP), and compensation & benefits structuring aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
HR certifications (SHRM / CIPD) will be an added advantage
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a national or multinational organization
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Role Overview:
Handles day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, procurement support, payroll coordination, travel and transport arrangements, and facility maintenance.
Qualification:
16 years of education (Bachelor’s Honours or Master’s) in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management Sciences
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a national or multinational organization
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Direct involvement in national power sector planning and reform
Exposure to policy-level decision-making
