Academic Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Education Planning & Management, Public Administration, or LLM (HEC-recognized)
OR M.Phil./Ph.D. in the above fields from an HEC-recognized institution
Professional Experience:
Minimum 17 years of management experience in schools or educational systems, in either public or private sector
As the Chief Executive Officer of ICT-PEIRA, the Chairman will:
Oversee overall administration and management, including HR and financial management
Ensure compliance with ICT-PEIRA Act 2013 and associated rules
Provide strategic leadership for private educational institutions in Islamabad
Strengthen the regulatory, operational, and policy framework of the authority
