Descon Engineering Limited, a top multinational engineering firm with a strong presence in both Pakistan and the Gulf, is seeking skilled professionals for its Qatar Shutdown Project in 2026. This major industrial project requires a range of technical experts for plant overhauling work. Descon is hiring for a variety of key positions, including Fabricators, Multi Welders, PTW Coordinators, Supervisors, and more.

If you have 3+ years of relevant experience and are between the ages of 21 and 55, this is your chance to join a prestigious company for an exciting international project.

Available Positions at Descon Engineering:

Fabricators (200 positions)

Multi Welders (200 positions)

PTW Coordinators (200 positions)

LTV/HTV Drivers (30 positions)

Supervisors: QA/QC, Rigging, Piping, HSE

Supervisor QA/QC (25 positions)

Supervisor Rigging (30 positions)

Supervisor Piping (25 positions)

Supervisor HSE (40 positions)

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Range: Applicants must be between 21 and 55 years old.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience for non-management roles.

Qualifications: Specific roles like Supervisors and PTW Coordinators may require higher education (B.E./B.Sc./DAE) and professional certifications like CSWIP, API, and NEBOSH.

Lahore Interviews:

Location: Descon Technical Institute (DTI), 2km Defense Road, off 24km Multan Road.

Sadiqabad Interviews:

Dates: January 13th – 14th, 2026 (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Location: DTI Descon Workshop, near Iqra Post Graduate College, Bypass Road.

Interview Timings: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (forms will only be issued during these hours)
