The Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO), operating under the Ministry of Defence Production, Government of Pakistan, has announced several high-impact career opportunities in Islamabad. These are one-year contractual government positions, with the possibility of annual extension based on performance.

DEPO plays a key role in promoting Pakistan’s defense exports and is expanding its marketing, media, IT, and design teams, offering professionals the chance to work on strategic projects at the national level.

Available Vacancies

DEPO is recruiting for the following specialized roles:

Media & Content Roles:

Media & Publications Expert: Responsible for content creation and managing editorial or digital workflows.

Visual Content (Photo, Video, Edit) Expert: Handles photography, videography, and short-form video content production.

Branding & Design Expert: Focuses on graphic design, visual identity, exhibition, and event design.

IT & Technical Roles:

Network & Security Administrator: Manages IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, and VPNs.

These positions are ideal for professionals with relevant education, 1–3 years of experience, and a passion for contributing to government projects in defense export promotion and communications.

General Job Requirements

Education:

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Mass Communication, Media Sciences, Graphic Design, or Computer Science.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of professional experience in the respective field is required.

Salary:

Market-based and negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.

Certification:

All educational certificates must be verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Nature of Job:

These are project-based contractual government positions and do not confer permanent employment status.
