General Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Most technical and administrative roles require a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the relevant field.

Military Background: Retired candidates from the Defense Forces are preferred for roles such as PT Instructors, Drill Instructors, Security Guards, and NCOs.

Technical Qualifications:

Medical/Para-Medical: Relevant diplomas or degrees in fields such as Nursing, Veterinary, or Physiotherapy from recognized institutions.

Technical/IT: Certification in CCTV/Electrical Systems or proficiency in MS Office for clerical roles.

Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit and able to work in a residential college environment.

Character: A strong record of discipline, professionalism, and integrity is essential for all candidates.
