1. Project Director (PPS-11)

Required Qualification

• Master’s Degree in:
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Public Administration
  • Business Economics
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Development Studies
  • Management & Planning
• Degree must be obtained from:
  • An HEC recognized national university, or
  • A reputable foreign university
• Upper age limit: 50 years

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience must be in:
  • Public sector
  • Private sector
  • Government sector
  • Semi-autonomous organizations
• Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • Prior experience working with World Bank or other donor-funded projects
  • Experience in regulatory reforms
  • Background in public sector institutional strengthening
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing projects
  • Experience in Results-Based Financing (RBF) instruments

2. Digital Transformation Specialist (Re-advertised)

• Required Qualification
• Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Business Administration
  • Any other related field
• Degree must be from:
  • An HEC recognized university
  • In case of a foreign degree, HEC equivalence is mandatory
  • Required Experience
  • Minimum 20 years of professional experience in IT industry
• Proven track record in:
  • Designing and deploying large-scale IT projects
  • Managing complex digital transformation initiatives
• Strong experience in:
  • Large-scale government platforms
  • Enterprise architecture
  • System integration
  • Cloud infrastructure

3. Information Technology (IT) Expert

Required Qualification

• Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in:
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Any related field
• Degree requirements:
  • Must be from an HEC recognized university
  • Foreign degrees require HEC equivalence certificate

Required Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management
• Practical experience in:
  • Software evaluation
  • Public cloud transformation
• Strong documentation skills, especially in:
  • Designing and documenting enterprise-level digital platforms
  • Cloud-based architecture
  • Secure digital solutions
