BEEF fully funded LLM scholarships for Balochistan lawyers — Fall 2026

Aspiring practicing lawyers from Balochistan can apply for fully funded LLM scholarships under the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) for the Fall 2026 session. Scholarships are for foreign universities approved and notified by the Pakistan Bar Council, covering all major academic and living costs. Applications close on April 30, 2026.

What the scholarship covers

University fee: Complete tuition and mandatory university charges

Monthly stipend: To cover living expenses during study

Travel and coverage: Return air tickets, visa fee, and health insurance

Who can apply (eligibility criteria)

Domicile: Local domicile of Balochistan

Age: Not older than 40 years by the cut-off date

Offer letter: Unconditional LLM offer from a foreign university approved/recognized by the Pakistan Bar Council

License and practice: Valid Balochistan Bar Council license with at least two years of practice by the cut-off date, certified on BEEF’s prescribed proforma by the Office of the Advocate General Balochistan/Chairman Balochistan Bar Council

Practice proof: At least five case orders/sheets obtained in the last two years

English proficiency: Required IELTS score as per the admitting university; no alternative tests or certificates accepted in lieu of IELTS

Academic documents: HEC-attested LLB degree and DMC; board-attested Matric and Intermediate degrees and DMCs

Minimum marks: 60% minimum in LLB

Recent graduates: Candidates who completed LLB in the last five years with at least 60% are eligible

Required documents

Application: BEEF application form (from www.beef.org.pk)

Admission proof: Unconditional LLM offer letter (Pakistan Bar Council-approved university)

Experience certification: Bar Council certificate on BEEF proforma

Case evidence: Orders/sheets of at least five cases from the last two years

IELTS: Valid IELTS score card meeting the university’s requirement

Educational attestations: HEC-attested LLB degree and DMC; attested Matric and Intermediate degree and DMC

Identity and domicile: CNIC and local/domicile certificate

Guarantees: Two separate guarantees on Rs. 500 stamp paper (a self-guarantee and a guarantee from a Gazetted Government Officer not below BPS-17), duly attested and notarized at the time of selection

Other: Any additional relevant document requested

Application process and deadline

How to apply: Complete the form at www.beef.org.pk and submit to the BEEF Office via courier, post, or by hand

Deadline: April 30, 2026 (applications received after the cut-off will not be entertained)

Session capacity: 30 slots for Fall 2026 (may increase with funds; may reduce if funds are limited)

Selection: Scholarship Committee will scrutinize documents and interview shortlisted candidates

Important notes

Merit and need: Awards are strictly on merit and need; in case of equal merit, preference goes to the more needy candidate

No repeat awards: Scholars who have previously availed this program are ineligible to apply again

Future-session selection: Any applicant selected in a session for the next year will not be eligible again in any case

Applicant responsibility: Applicants are responsible for all admission procedures and documents required by the foreign university
